This week the translator is... the fantastic Almudena :)

Hello bloggers! I am Almudena and this week I have been the translator of my group. I’m going to highlight some words that I think that they are very important.
This week we have learnt about how we can make a good presentation for our audience and we have known a lot of different web where we can use images without copyright.

These are the words:

1. Slides Share: Slides Share is a company that have got a unique  goal: To share knowledge online. SlideShare has grown to become the world’s largest community for sharing presentations and other professional content.
Slide Share is a important tool for us because we can find topics ranging from technology and business to travel, health, and education. We can share the content that matters to us with our colleagues, customers, friends and followers. With this tool our future projects can reach a wide audience.

2. Copyright: is a legal concept, enacted by most governments, that grants the creator of an original work exclusive rights to its use and distribution, usually for a limited time, with the intention of enabling the creator of intellectual wealth (e.g. the photographer of a photograph or the author of a book) to receive compensation for their work and be able to financially support themselves.

3. Presentations: A presentation is a means of communication which can be adapted to various speaking situations, such as talking to a group, addressing a meeting or briefing a team.
To be effective, step-by-step preparation and the method and means of presenting the information should be carefully considered.  A presentation concerns getting a message across to the listeners and may often contain a 'persuasive' element.
4. Creative CommonsCreative Commons is a nonprofit organization that allows the sharing and use of creativity and knowledge through free legal tools. Creative Commons licenses are not an alternative to copyright. They work alongside copyright and enable you to modify your copyright terms to best suit your needs.

5. SlideshowA slide show may be a presentation of images purely for their own visual interest or artistic value, sometimes unaccompanied by description or text, or it may be used to clarify or reinforce information, ideas, comments, solutions or suggestions which are presented verbally. Slide shows are sometimes still conducted by a presenter using an apparatus such as a carousel slide projector or an overhead projector, but now the use of an electronic video display device and a computer running presentation software is typical.

I hope that your next week will be equal or more interesting than this week.
Bye-bye!
